Could I run the older MemTest86 v4 by executing ".exe"

Could I run the older MemTest86 v4 by executing ".exe" with USB drive under DOS?

I have a USB drive can boot to DOS and I want to directly use it running version 4 of MemTest86(not v6) without re-creating by the tool "Image for creating bootable USB Drive" because I still need using a DOS system later.

I know the Memtest86+ V4.20 can do this but it is a older software released on 2011.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

MemTest86 is not DOS software. There is no .exe file in the package.

There is of course an executable file, but it isn't called .exe.

DOS also doesn't support USB drives.

I am not saying it is impossible, but it is something we haven't looked at, and don't intend to look at.
