About Hammer test - How many repetitions of each Row opening/closing ?

I have DRAM fail on Hammer test, this issuse need to analysis & improve. As far as I know the industry standard of Hammer test is 300K(each row opening/closing). Could you please explain how many repetitions of each Row opening/closing of Memtest - Hammer test?
