What on earth does it mean. It doesn't look good to me, but I don;t know how bad or what is making it bad.... Other than it's bad.

Yes, you are right. It is bad.

Likely RAM failure. Small chance of a CPU failure.

Yup one of the mem sticks was in the process of dying, so I put it out of its misery.
