Memtest freezing

No matter what I try the test locks up after a relatively short period of time.

Have been running Memtest for several years off CD (UBCD), now I have found Memtest 6.1.0 and tried USB for write back.

Can't seem to upload the log file though.

Maybe you have a hardware fault?
Which test does it lock up on?
Which CPU mode are you running in (eg. Single, Parallel, Round Robin, Sequential)?

You can e-mail us the log file.
