  • memtest freezeing.

Hello, I am attempting to run memtest86 v6 on a computer of mine. However after many hours the program will freeze. One time I ran it started freezeing up after 2 hours, this time I checked it after about half a day and it was frozen at about 10 and a half hours. I am also unable to run in multi-CPU modes, anything like that the test freezes after about 3 seconds. I don't think the CPU is at fault as it is able to run fine (ran prime95 for several hours). Happens when ran from a DVD or flash drive.

Specs are as follows: (More if needed)
    CPU : AMD FX-6300
    Mobo : Gigabyte GA-990fx-UD3
    RAM : Gskill RipjawX 2x4gb

Here is a link to some pictures of what the flash drive looks like

    Thanks for the files.

I suspect it may be a firmware issue, as the log indicates you are using older revision of EFI specifications and you are experiencing issues in multiprocessor mode.

Can you see if there is updated BIOS available.

So I updated the Bios, parallel kind of works, it doesent crash but the second or third test freezes at 19%, the UI still responsive though. Sequential still crashes as it used to. And I got single Cpu to run normally if I disable the new Hammer test.
