Errors in hammer test only in version 6.0.0. 6.1.0 no errors

    When using version 6.0.0 I get 4 errors on test 13.
    When using version 6.1.0 I get no errors.

    I've repeated this 3 times and the same result.

    Which should I trust otherwise I'm not sure whether to RMA my device?

    In v6.1, we reduced the execution time for the row hammer test which slightly reduces the number of rows that are hammered. For RAM that are fairly vulnerable to the row hammer issue, this won't have much of an effect; errors will still be detected. However, for boundary cases such as your system (only 4 errors), you may find that the rows are only hitting DRAM rows that don't induce any errors.
