Can you try V10.3 that was released in the last couple of days.
    https://www.memtest86.com/whats-new.html

If 10.3 also doesn't seem to be right, can you post a new log file & screen shot.

      Log and screenshot attached.
Bug persists. This time number of chips is correct, but second slot still drawn as DIMM.
Next days I'can try swaping memory units or try another 4-8 gb units in second slot, till this laptop not given to some roadwarrior...
And please add # to blank lines 8-9 in default config to avoid error messages in log.

It is possible the wrong display is due to wrong data in the SMBIOS - Memory Device - Form Factor field.

        This is in your log,
        [Slot 0] TotalWidth: 64, DataWidth: 64, Size: 4096, FormFactor: 13, DeviceSet: 0, MemoryType: 26, Speed: 3200, Attributes: 1, ExtendedSize: 0, ConfiguredMemoryClockSpeed: 3200, MinimumVoltage: 0, MaximumVoltage: 0, ConfiguredVoltage: 1200
        [Slot 0] DeviceLocator: Controller0-ChannelA-DIMM0, BankLocator: BANK 0, Manufacturer: Samsung, S/N: 334B48B0, AssetTag: 9876543210, PartNumber: M471A5244CB0-CWE

        [Slot 1] TotalWidth: 64, DataWidth: 64, Size: 4096, FormFactor: 11, DeviceSet: 0, MemoryType: 26, Speed: 3200, Attributes: 1, ExtendedSize: 0, ConfiguredMemoryClockSpeed: 3200, MinimumVoltage: 0, MaximumVoltage: 0, ConfiguredVoltage: 1200
        [Slot 1] DeviceLocator: Controller1-ChannelA, BankLocator: BANK 0, Manufacturer: SK Hynix, S/N: 00000000, AssetTag: 9876543210, PartNumber: HMA851S6DJR6N-XN2

Note in particular the form factor values in SMBIOS. One is 13 and one is 11. So different form factors.

Extract from SMBIOS standard is below.

Value 11 is a "Row of chips"
        Value 13 is a "SODIMM"

So we found an image online for the motherboard of this Lenovo laptop.

There are some soldered chips on the motherboard and an SODIMM expansion slot.
So the SMBios data looks to be reasonable given the situation (meaning "row of chips" is a best description possible, within the specifications, for soldered RAM).

And for MemTest86 we don't have a graphical image for soldered RAM, as it is impossible to know the layout on the motherboard. So it is also doing something mostly reasonable in this case.
