  • If there are motherboards that realize both DIMM/Chip error decoding and ECC enable?

    Hi,
When using the Memtest86 (MemTest86 Pro Site License V10) to test DDR5, if there are some motherboards that realize both DIMM/Chip error decoding and ECC enable?
The Website (PassMark MemTest86 - Memory Diagnostic Tool - Technical Information) seems to not introduce this issue.
If there are, please recommend some motherboards for DDR5 tests.

We haven't tested or support this scenario at the moment.
(is hard to test as well, as we would need RAM modules with two bit errors in a precisely known location, which we don't have)

I am sorry for not expressing my meaning clearly earlier. Our testing scenario involves measuring DDR5 in a radiation environment and identifying faulty chips. We want to test DDR5 with ECC enabled and disabled separately. Therefore, we need to find a motherboard that supports both ECC enablement and DIMM/Chip error decoding. So, if there are some motherboards can support this scenario for DDR5?

The list of supported platforms can be found at the bottom of this page.

Likely it will be expanded over time.

If it isn't on that list, we don't currently support it.
