"ECC Enable State" Error for X570

Hello！
We use the TUF Gaming X570-Plus motherboard for tests (E15235_TUF_GAMING_X570-PLUS_UM_WEB.pdf (asus.com) and E15829_PRIME_PRO_TUF_GAMING_X570_Series_BIOS_EM_WE B.pdf (asus.com)). The CPU is AMD Ryzen5-5600G ,and the DDR4 is Kingston 32GB ECC DRAM. We want to test in the Enable ECC case and Unable ECC case. And, the BIOS system supports the DRAM ECC setting. But, the MemTest86 software always displays the Unable ECC state. What's the probable reason resulting from the phenomenon? And, how to solve it? Thanks!

According to AMD's web site, ECC isn't supported by the Ryzen5-5600G CPU.

Now, I can understand the reason. I just have a question. So, how can we determine if a CPU (AMD and Intel) supports ECC or NOT? Which information on the website can tell us the ECC supporting information? I am sorry that I can not find the information from your mentioned website.

If it doesn't mention ECC support on the specifications, you can assume there is no ECC support. Although there has also be a huge amount of confusion around the Ryzen CPUs and ECC.
