getting errors on memtest with my new rig, are my ram faulty?

Hi everyone,
i got my new rig 2 weeks ago and i dont know exactly when or if it is from the begining my games are crashing so fast ( they were crashing before but for like 30min to 2h of play) i also had alot of bsod on my last windows installation ( now i just got 1 bsod in last 2 days ), first i was searching for solution to my bsod and all fix didnt work while all of them suggest to try memtest86, i booted memtest on my usb and started the test then i found many errors (on 2/4 pass it does reach 2500+ errors) i couldnt know precisely if theses problem were from my first boot of this pc or after enabling/disabling XMP (xmp now wont let me even boot to windows, before it was starting but crash my games instatly after laucnhing them). i send my pc back to the store i bought it from after telling them the problem, few days later they sent it back and claimed that its fixed. First thing i did was testing my ram on memtest again and now i get 200 errors on 2/4 pass ( i mostly stop after or before second pass).

Ram: G.Skill Ripjaws s5 32gb (16x2) 5600Mhz / F5-5600J3636C16G
PSU: Corsair RM750e Gold 80+
M.2: MSI spatium M371 1TB
GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual (i bought it seperately)
i did speak with the store again and they will replace my ram with another one, and now im asking is the problem exactly from the ram? here is some of the logs from before sending it to store and after, also im asking why memtest86 detecting max ram speed 6400MT/s when it is just 4800MT/s with xmp off and 5600MT/s with xmp?

why memtest86 detecting max ram speed 6400MT/s when it is just 4800MT/s with xmp off and 5600MT/s with xmp?

We just added MT/sec reporting in the last release. So some values are not displaying correctly. This is only a display issue in MemTest86 and doesn't effect any tests.

So there is definitely a hardware fault. This is 100% sure. Not sure why the store couldn't find this, I am guessing they didn't try too hard.

What isn't so sure is the cause. I would try replacing the RAM first however (and leave XMP off initially).

thanks for the clear answer M.David, i appreciate it. Store will replace my ram but i haven't much options to choose from, so im left with whether pick G.skill Flare X5 6000mhz with EXPO profile or Corsair vengeance and Kingston Fury beast both 5600mhz with XMP profile, i dont want to use XMP/Expo at all im just looking for elimating theses errors so everything work stable, i kinda lost trust on gskill so im guessing i'll pick one of the left choice.
