  • Do these errors indicate a bad CPU, not bad memory?

Hi! I'm getting lots of errors, but they're all coming from one of three cores (out of 16). I'm running an AMD Ryzen 9 5950x. I've tested several times, Single, Parallel, Round Robin, Sequential, and each time, the errors reported were from one of those three cores (0, 6, 10). Am I correct in assuming that the CPU is bad, not the memory? Or at least that the CPU is bad and *maybe* the RAM is as well? Thanks for any help with this!

See this page to start with

Most of the errors seem to be single bit errors. So I would assume it is bad RAM initially. Plus RAM is easier to swap / replace / test than a new CPU.

Thanks! I'll start checking the individual sticks. Ram is also much cheaper (even good RAM).
