Have a Thinkpad Type 20N2-CT01WW that BSOD frequently with WHEA error and Machine Check Exceptions. Running Memtest 106. Pro and Memtest locks up 21% into the tests. Tried running memtest 9.1 Pro same issue. Tried selecting each CPU and the system locks up even in Config memory.

Likely a hardware issue. There might be some hints as to the cause in the detail of the WHEA and MCE errors. -

Other devices (CPU, motherboard, PCIe cards, power supply) can also cause BSOD & WHEA and MCE errors.
Can't be 100% sure it isn't bad RAM either as the test didn't progress far enough before crashing.
Is anything replaceable / repairable on this laptop. Or is everything soldered down?
Again, I would start be investigating the details of the errors.
