Arm Server in uefi shell can run Multi Core config with mt86 free version

my arm Server with DDR5 ,bios can support multi core in uefi shell，but run mt86 with multi core not meeting expectations.

All the ARM machines we have encountered so far only supported single threaded in UEFI BIOS.

So yes, we would need to have a look at the debug logs and get more information about the machine.
