Memtest86 v4.3.7 - default loops indefinitely, or just takes 20+ hours?

I started Memtest86 v4.3.7 on a Dell Latitude E6520 yesterday evening, expecting all tests would be finished by this morning. Not only were they not finished this morning, but they've now been running for 20 hours and still aren't finished. Is this because, unlike v6.2.0, v4.3.7 by default will loop until stopped? Or are the standard number of passes really taking that long?

I'm more familiar with v6 than with v4...

Yes, you are correct. MemTest86 v4 runs indefinitely until stopped by the user. Unlike MemTest86 v6, you cannot specify the number of passes to run.
