Does MemTest86 software support DDR5 memory ECC test?

I want to use this software to test the ECC function of intel RPL-S platform for DDR5 memory. Do you know if this software can support it?Whether the software can display the number of errors after an error occurs outside the memory.

Yes should be fine. We added support for ECC on Raptor Lake chipsets in Version 10.5 (Build 1000) 19/June/2023.
