    Hello, i'm having problems trying to run tests with multi-cpu settings.

    Is this a known problem?

    Specs:
    Skylake 6700K i7
    Gigabyte GA-Z170N-WIFI, bios version: f7
    Vengeance DDR4 2133mhz 2x8GB
    Samsung 950Pro 256GB m.2 Nvme SSD

    Very likely it is a UEFI BIOS bug.
    There was new BIOS released for the this motherboard, version F7f, released a couple of weeks back. You might want to try that.

      Thanks for the quick response, just tried with F7F and result is the same. Also tried disabeling HT, Memtest detected 4 cpus but the outcome was the same here as well.

        As David mentioned, it is likely a UEFI BIOS bug that the vendor has yet to fix. So you may have to settle with running in single CPU mode.

        If possible, can you upload a copy of the MemTest86.log under the EFI\BOOT\ directory of the USB drive as well.
