    Hello,

    I'm playing Path of Exile 2 and I have noticed that the game it is constantly crashing. I had a look on the event viewer and I found the following event log

    I know that Exception code: 0xc0000005 can indicate some RAM memory errors, and I had to run memtest and I got the results but I don't know if it would be better to change the RAM memory or to block the specific PFN's since only in this game I encounter those crashes. I have attached the results, can you please help me to take a decision ?

    Exception code: 0xc0000005
    This is the most common cause of a software crash. Also called a Access Violation error. It can be a software bug or hardware failure.
    It means some memory was accessed that the program doesn't have allocated to it. For example reading memory address zero.
    By itself it isn't enough to know the exact cause.

    But as your MemTest86 results also show RAM errors, you can fairly sure there is a hardware issue.

    Most of the RAM vendors offer long warranties. You can probably get the RAM replaced for free.
