How much memory can MemTest test?

I have 4 32GB DDR4 modules giving a total of 128GB can they be tested by MemTest86? or Pro?

128GB is no problem.

We have some users testing systems with several TB of RAM.

I assume this was your own RAM you are developing, as you have blanked the part numbers.
Some of the bit RAM vendors are already using Memtest86 as part of their testing process.

You can also use it with the Management Console to collect RAM test results.
