    MemTest86 v6.3 should support ECC detection for Skylake chipsets. You can download the Free version here:

      I was tried v6.3.0 pro also can't detection for Skylake chipsets.
      I don't understand what's happen, may MemTest v6.3.0 keeping update??

        I think the issue same with http://www.passmark.com/forum/showth...5-be-supported. all happen on E3-V5.
        Could you provide a build that should be able to support the chipset for ECC detection for me??
