Yellow PASS, but....

I just finished running a pretty long test on a new system i built, it looks like it passed but I'm a bit confused about the wording it uses the word but and it doesn't have the green PASSED similar to the other ones. Is this because i did the ECC injection or does it mean something else?

What isn't clear from the screen shot is if all the ECC errors were from deliberate error injection, or some were from real ECC errors. You would need to re-run it without injection on to be sure.
(the screen shot shows a lot of ECC errors just on test #13, which isn't normal for deliberate error injection)

Should I change any of the other options as well? I'm going to rerun the test. Here is the summary from that same test. It makes it seem like it corrected them all.

ECC injection testing should only result in 1 ECC error per test. So 56 in your case.
So getting 7959 corrected errors, is more than expected and likely due to real ECC errors. There probably isn't any great need to run a long duration test again.

All the errors were corrected.
But having any errors, even if they get corrected, is a bad sign and doesn't bode well.

Could be bad RAM, or bad BIOS configuration. But the speed you are running at ( 2668 ) isn't excessive. So my bet is on the RAM being bad.

It looks like my system board, the ASRock X570D4U-2L2T, is known for having this issue with maxed-out DIMM slots (which is my situation). The BIOS automatically downclocks the RAM to 2666MT/s, and apparently, that is supposed to solve the issue of generating ECC errors. However, you can see that I ran this test at 2666MT/s and still got some errors. I plan to run the test again without ECC injection and see what happens.

So, I did get a pass after doing another test. I'm going to proceed with the system.
