Ambient Temperature Criteria

I am in the process of validating MemTest86 11.5. I would like to confirm if stricter validation regarding ambient temperature is required—such as utilizing an environmental chamber for extreme high or low-temperature testing.

We can't answer this for you.

If you are testing, for example, medical equipment, then yes. You should be doing more thorough testing.
Same if the product was a new design that need to be validated.

If this was testing off the shelf RAM for a home gaming machine, then you probably don't need a thermal chamber.
