unknown dimm bit error?

Intel Core Ultra 7 265H
64GX2DIMM 6400MT

We tested 6400MT/s (64GX2DIMM)，sometimes PASS (5/; sometimes shows bitERROR (1 or 2 bitERRORS).
Thos errors indicates unknown dimm, so we do not know how to address physical path in our system for those bit errors.

memtest11.6 pro HANG/lockup while doing low temperature testing. (Normal temperature testing is fine)

Are there andy workaround to suppress HANG/lockup?

If there was a hardware failure due to low temperatures it seems unlikely this can be fixed via software.
