Can someone help me identify the problem on my report

Classic textbook RAM failure (in my opinion)
Single bit flip. Always the same bit. Limited to a small range of memory addresses, happened with multiple CPU cores, happens with multiple test cases.
There is a good chance your GPU was fine. Unless you had a double hardware failure.
