What version of OSF are you using?
Can we get a copy of the EML files that is is crashing on, so that we can fix it up.
    EMail contact details are here.

      Thanks for quick answer.

      Version 4.0 Build 1002 (tested 32 and 64 bit).

I thnik it can be problem with too long path to the Case folder.
Have to check it, i'll make few tests and give you know.

We couldn't reproduce the problem with the longest Case path folder possible. We also tried a very long folder path to the EML files in question, but it worked fine.

If you can send us the EML files in question, we can investigate further.

[MBOX processing] Unable to initialize MBOX file reader - out of memory for header buffer.

            > Out of memory error.

At the risk of stating the obvious, maybe you ran out of memory?

            > Windows 7 32bit 12GB RAM

At the risk of stating the (maybe not so) obvious,. 32bit Windows can only use 2GB of RAM for applications. The other 10GB is wasted.

            > [WARNING] File type is ambiguous

This is probably correct and not really a problem.
One of the EMails in the EML file (6DC157FF-000001CA.eml) had some type of wacky attachment, for which the file type (PDF, Word, HTML, etc..) could not be determined.
