Using v1.1 beta 6 on Win7 32-bit. OSForensics consistently crashes during index generation of a dd image file (NTFS). The error message is a MS Visual C++ Runtime Library dialogue box, saying "Assertion failed" in osf32.exe, File: DirectAccess\MFTRecord_direct.cpp, line 270. Expression: ntfsAttr.Attr.NonResident.n64AllocSize <= n64DataLen.

Thanks for reporting this. It has been fixed & will be in the final V1.1 release (which should be out later today or tomorrow). -
V1.1 release was just put up, so if you can check this corrects the problem, that would be great.Comment

Yes, thanks, it appears to be fixed. The indexing has made it much further than the point at which it crashed previously.Comment
