  • OSFMount Error

Installed OSFMount on Windows 2003 x64 Server and when I try to mount any .iso or .img file it hangs on "Opening the OSFMount Driver..." and then states "Error loading OSFMount Driver: The specified procedure could not be found.". Installed latest x64 bit app. Anyone have an idea what's up?

We aren't aware of any problem.

I tested this morning on Windows 2003 R2 Std Edition 32bit with OSFMount V1.5.1010 and didn't see any problem.

I know your setup was 64bit, but I didn't have a W2003 64bit machine available for testing. On the other hand we are sure it is OK on Vista and Win7 64bit.

What exact version of Windows and OSFMount are you using?
Does the problem only happen with .iso or .img files? Can you try creating a RAM disk (without any image file) to see if you still have the problem.

We have released a new version of OSFMount (v1.5.1011) that should fix the issue. The error was most likely caused by a function in the OSFMount driver that is unavailable in Win2k3 64-bit.

You can download the new release here:
