OSForensics Installation Error - Startup Error Number: 1

I just installed OSForensics on a USB thumb drive. The installation went well but when the installation was complete and the installer attempted to open the program, I received the following error: Startup Error Number: 1. I did a search on this site and could not find any information regarding this error.

I just installed OSForensics on a USB thumb drive. The installation went well but when the installation was complete and the installer attempted to open the program, I received the following error: Startup Error Number: 1. I did a search on this site and could not find any information regarding this error.

I discovered the problem. It appears the program is designed for a hard drive installation with functionality to copy the installation into a USB device such as a thumb drive. I now have the program working.

How did you do the install to the thumb drive?
