OFSMount slow response

Hello,

I have used OSFMount quite a while and i love it.
Since last week a have noticed that it reacts slow to the notification of a new drive.
I have installed Avast AV? Anyone else has seen this problem?

AV products are well know for slowing down file access on computers.

The AV program is most likely scanning the drive before allowing access.

Hello David.

I found the problem. You won't believe it but it is Logitech Setpoint 6.50 and up. When I install this software OSFMount reacts slow. If i install version 6.32 of setpoint it works fine. What could be conflicting very strange. You could try it.

We aren't aware of any problem with Setpoint. In fact I had never even heard of the application.
I found a few other mentions of it on the web with people compiling it slowed down other applications as well.
