Hello,

I've a problem with string ANS, results give me lots of:
an
anned

trying with quotas "ans" but results are the same.

Any advice, how to do it right?

The issue likely has to do with stemming. By default when creating an index, it is enabled. With stemming on, search results will match similar words or words which are derivatives of each other (e.g. plurals). For example, searching for the word "fish" will return pages containing the words "fishes", "fishing", etc.

To disable stemming you will need to use the "Use Custom Template (Advanced)" option to configure the index in the Create Index module. Choose "Create Template..." to specify settings to use. See the help documentation or the userguide for more information on individual settings.
