How to Create Virtual RAM CD/DVD Drive?

I understand i can create a RAM hard-drive. But can i create a RAM DVD drive, which will be recognized as a DVD burner by other programs?
Trying to burn a Windows Repair Disk, but i don't have a CD burner.

OSFMount doesn't emulate a CD/DVD Burner.

But if you have an ISO file then you can use ImageUSB to write it to a USB drive instead of a DVD.
