OSFMount not allowing me to access files mounted drive

Hi,

I have problem with the raw .img I created of an external Seagate Desktop Hard drive file appearing to able mounted using OSFMount as a drive in Windows 7, but when I click the drive, it will ask if I want to format it instead of showing it's content. Is there any suggestions you can make so I can gain access to the files from the.img of the drive with your software?

What file system was on the external drive?
Is the IMG file of about the right size?
Where there any errors // corruption on the source drive?
Where there partitions on the source drive?
Did you image the physical drive or just a partition?

Beside mounting it, you can also attempt direct access to the image via OSForensics (without mounting it as a drive letter).
