You can view the starting LCN for every file in the File System Browser (along with the number of fragments and the clusters per fragment).
Of course in the case of small files there is no LCN, as the file will be entirely in the MFT.
You can also get the LCN for files from within the Raw Disk Viewer (using the decode button).
There is no easy way to export this data for a list of files however. Of course you could take screens shots of manually record the LCN, but this probably isn't what you want?
