Make sure you are using the latest software to start with. We might have already fixed the problem.

Then can you run the software in debug mode, attempt the data collection and send us the log file.

Can you also supply details about the system / disk image you are collecting data from. e.g. if it was a Linux system, for example, there it would be normal that there is no Windows Search data.
