Could you please let OSFMount v3.1.1001 be downloadable soon for end user needs ?

    Hello all,

after some quick investigation on this forums I found a past reference to another older version (mainly https://forums.passmark.com/general/...2-bit-versions) so unluckily I also wrongly assumed that maybe also other past versions might still be downloadable.

I was interested to get OSFMount v3.1.1001 (which was last x64 version for Windows 7 & 8x) to use it on my Windows 7 SP1 x64 Ultimate (yeah, I know I'm still among 0,05% very few users) but after I tried to follow same older post (above mentioned) rule for creating a possibly equivalent URI/URL, I only found out that for now no such page was really existing (and so I received an error 404: page not found).

Since same version is also fully mentioned into 'OSFMount - Mount Disk Images & Create RAM Drives' web page <https://www.osforensics.com/tools/mo...sk-images.html> with these statements ('For Win7 use the older v3.1.1001 release' and 'Last version that supports Win7 and Win8' below related ' v3.1.1001, 6 Jun 2022' line in 'What's new' section) could anyone of you (in Forum Admins group) please be so kind to ensure it might still be downloadable again soon for related end user needs ?

Many thanks in advance for your so kind attention.

P.S. Apologies in advance if after submitting this post there will be a double signature, because among 'Advanced Editor' for this post I found nothing related to no real need to add it also at end of own post,

    Best Regards
    Rob

      Thank you very much Simon.
It also seems that issue I found was probably also due to a change in file naming rule among past v2 where an '_' (underscore) was used as separator between osfmount and the remaining numbers of the version inside filename, while with latest v3 the separator being used is just a simpler '-' (dash or minus).

P.S. Is there any already (well ?) known reason why :
      • I can indeed correctly edit this post update that anyway was saved without self adding my signature (additional update, a 2nd signature was again self added after I manually added 1st one that was previously missing, and finished correcting this post so now I just removed my manually added signature... :-s )
      • I still have no way to edit my original post to remove half of my double signature ?

Editing of past posts has been somewhat restricted.
There were too many spammers, writing an innocent post, then coming back a week later and, for example, adding in porn and gambling links to their past posts.
