KeyboardTest V3 released

KeyboardTest V3 has been released.

New features in V3 include,

• LED's now flash individually during the LED test as well as all-off and all-on.
• Vista Support
• In batch mode an new option is present to set the number of times a key needs to be pressed to pass the test.
• New colors added to signify too many/too few key presses in batch mode.
• Legend of color codes added to main window.
