what hardware should I need?

I got one piece of modem card,what should I connect to the modem port to test?
does passmark sell it?
if i got 2 units,could i use a telephone line/cable to link them then run passmark modem test software?
I couldn't find any user manual of this software.

You can do an internal loop back test (no external connection required) or you can test with two modems.
