Charge cycles info not available???

I've just downloaded a trial version of the Battery Mon(the latest version),and it seams that i have an issue with.I can't see any info regarding how many charge cycles i do have on the battery(it says N/A)
Is this a software bug ,or there is a problem in battery itself

Not all battery types record all possible information.
It isn't unusual at all to have some missing data. But it can vary from one model to the next.
