Run DiskCheckup at startup of windows10

I have tested many hard disk monitoring programs and diskcheckup is the program of my choise. Only problem is that i can not get it started at boot in windows10 (64bit). Any help would be great. Thanks.

Add a link (shortcut) in the Windows Startup folder.

The Current Users Startup folder in Windows 10/8 is located at:
    C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Window s\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

The All Users Windows 10/8 startup folder is located at:
    C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp

Couldn't get it to work. No problem, I have put diskcheckup on the taskbar and so I can not forget to start the program after boot. Thanks.
