I have the latest version of RamMon and I think I found an error. I have DDR3 RAM modules and RamMon refers "1X" for the attribute "Refresh Rate at Extended Operating Temperature Range". According to JEDEC, this value is bit 1 from byte 31. Byte 31 is 0x81 for my Corsair RAM modules so, bit 1 is zero. For zero JEDEC says: "0 = Use in extended operating temperature range from 85-95 C requires 2X refresh rate". That means "Refresh Rate at Extended Operating Temperature Range" should be "2X", shouldn't it?

You are correct. Bit 1 of Byte 31 when set should indicate 2X refresh rate when operating in extended temperature range. This will be fixed in the next RAMMon build.
