PassMark RAM tool and MEMTest 8.2 are unable to retrieve SPD information.

Hi,

Recently I try to use MEMTest 7.5 and MEMTest 8.2 to read back the SPD information but both tools state The RAM SPD info could not be detected.

Thus, I try PassMark RAM SPD data retrieval tool to read. It also state the is unable to retrieve SPD information.

Then I try CPUID CPU-Z and it can show me the SPD information.

Can you send us a debug log? A debug log file (MemTest86.log) is automatically created and updated while MemTest86 is running. This file is saved in the 'EFI/BOOT' directory.
