ImageUSB linux not boot

Hi

I have bootable usb with linux flavour, I tried to use imageUSB to create image successfully, and then that image with .bin format i write on USB successfully, but when try to boot from usb it show to me no bootable device, I am not sure if image created from usb not good or method to write on usb not good, can you plz sdvice

Maybe the system is recognizing the other the other flash drive as different UUID and this may cause boot files missing as it can no longer locate them during startup or when trying to mount the partition etc.
