Imageusb - Problem after first writing

Hi all,
I have a problem with image usb, i use a controller with 10 port and write 10 pendrive togheter and work correctly, but after if i write another 10 pendrive the writing fail.
If i restart the computer and try another write.. work correctly
How to write other pendrive without restart pc?
I think that the problem is cache

What are the hardware details for your "controller with 10 port".
