Awesome software! An improvement would be the ability to write my USB key backup to an .img file instead of .bin This would give us the ability to mount the image directly using the WIN 10 built-in tools, thanks!

Yes we probably should add this option. The BIN option is basically an image file, but with some built in checksums for checking data integrity.
For the moment however you can mount the BIN file with OSFMount.
