ImageUSB not seeing UFD

I have an EMTEC 16GB flash drive with bootable Zorin (linux) os. This boots the computer and is useable, however when I try to clone it ImageUSB is unable to see the drive. Windows also sees the drive as unformatted.

Any thoughts or solutions would be gratefully recieved.

imageUSB will only present the drive if 1) Windows recognizes it, 2) it is a USB removable device, 3) there is a drive letter associated with it and 4) it has a recognizable file system.

Since Windows see it as unformatted (no valid file system), it will not appear within imageUSB. If you want to replicate the drive, you can try some of our other tools such as OSFClone.
