ImageUSB - Error 50: The Request is not Supported

Hi,

Trying to first create an image from a group of files on a USB Drive but I am getting:

Failed (Drive E:\) with error 50: The request is not supported.

Its a relatively new Dell laptop running Windows 7. Tried each USB port on the machine with the same result. Any ideas?

How far in the process does imageUSB gets to before the failure? At what step is it failing?
Do you have administrator rights?
Any antivirus or other disk monitoring program running?

You can try to turn on debug mode (check the help file for instruction) and send in the log.
