ImageUSB affecting Windows File Explorer?

I'm usisng ImageUSB with an Anker 10 Hub USB. After creating Image file and writing it to the USB's my Windows File Explorer is not opening. Has anyone else experienced this and is there a way to fix this? I'm not 100% positive that ImageUSB is the reason but I've re produced this twice.

We have not experience or have any other reports of such a problem.

Did you you try without the USB hub and test when writing the image to USB drive?

Or possibly Disk Signature Collision? If two drives have the same signature, Windows will typically "offline" the second drive to avoid conflicts, but this should not prevent the File Explorer from operating.

I would also suggest trying on a different computer to see if the problem is reproducible or limited to this particular system.
