BatMon invalid Log File

I am getting the following error message when I try to set a *.txt file as the logfile for BatMon. On my other laptops this issue does not occur. Am I missing something here?

Maybe you aren't running as Admin. So you might not have write permission to the "Program Files" folder.
Can you make a temp folder and try that?

e.g.
c:\temp\log.txt

Running BatteryMon as Admin did the trick, thank you
