    E5200 score 1,655


    But I'm sure E5200 should be better in performance than E3300 in almost
    all the tests!

    So you see some of the scores are very misleading!

    The cache size doesn't give huge advantage. Only a few percent, and this can be more than overwhelmed by other factors like the use of 32bit or 64bit.

    Also as the E3300 was released about a year later than the E5200. So people will tend to be using the newer E3300 with newer and slightly faster RAM and motherboards. Plus 64bit will be more common one year later.

        This review just shows what I said above. The CPUs in question are very close performance wise with the difference often being just 5% or so.
