cpu temperature problem.... what is normal temperature?

my laptops has a i7 620m cpu, and the it's cooling is not good,
when i do cpu load test, at 100% of load, after fifteen minutes later, the temperature will reach 95c/203f, and the temperature graph become rather stable,room temperature is 20c/68f .

is this normal? is there a empirical or theoretical mapping between cpu temperature and it's life spam or stability?

The maximum temperature for the chip is 105C.

There are lots of reports on the web of Macbook Pros (which use this chip) running around 90 to 100C. So while it might be kind of normal it is certianly not desirable.
