Do SLI and USB3 Mobo's Exist?

Are there any motherboards that have ALL of the following:
-USB 3.0
-SLI Support
-AM3 Socket
-DDR3 RAM

Maybe
GIGABYTE GA-870A-UD3
or
MSI 890FXA-GD65

I assume by SLI, you mean SLI or Crossfire

well SLI because my current one only does crossfire and there is no SLI hack for it

As far as I know AMD boards only do Crossfire. Not because they physically can't but Nvidia will not license AMD to do so as AMD is a direct competitor to Nvidia.
